• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators • Conduct product presentations and educational sessions to promote our pharmaceutical portfolio • Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies • Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and territories effectively • Attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and network with industry professionals • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses using CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai and surrounding areas
