📋 Description

• Localise and shape the Italian market: You translate and adapt marketing content — from product pages to campaigns and ads — with cultural accuracy into Italian. • Build influencer and community marketing: You develop a network of micro and macro influencers across fashion, lifestyle and everyday categories, negotiate and activate partnerships — from gifting to ambassador programs — and are accountable for results, not just activity. • Create social media and content: You are responsible for our Italian social media presence on Instagram and TikTok, adapt global content for the local market, and independently produce original content; you are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera. • Analyse and optimise performance: You analyse market and performance data, derive concrete recommendations and implement optimisations consistently — with a clear focus on ROI and measurable results. • Collaborate across teams: As the central interface between the Italian market and our international team, you work closely with Country Management, Marketing, E‑commerce and Content.

🎯 Requirements

• A‑levels (Abitur) or a university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field • Some professional experience in influencer marketing, content creation, brand management or e‑commerce — motivation and a good sense for content count more than the perfect CV • Deep understanding of the Italian market, local trends and cultural codes — you are a native Italian speaker and know what moves the target audience • Strong sense for aesthetics, visual language and social media formats — you spot emerging trends before the algorithm pushes them • Self‑initiative, a hands‑on mentality and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, international remote setup • Excellent written and spoken English for internal communication with HQ
