📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic lead and executor of Karat's supply acquisition initiatives, strengthening an interviewer marketplace that keeps pace with customer demand. • Leverage AI and data analysis to continuously optimize Karat's supply acquisition funnel from screening through conversion. • Identify untapped opportunities for sourcing high-quality Interview Engineers within Karat's existing hiring geographies. • Manage and coach a Program Manager and a Coordinator. • Partner cross-functionally with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams. • Lead cross-functional projects that improve acquisition processes and implement scalable solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related field within a high-growth environment • 3+ years of experience leading and developing small, high-performing teams • Demonstrated success executing acquisition, growth, or marketplace strategies that scale talent, contractor, or supply networks • Proven history of leveraging AI tools for sourcing, screening, or funnel optimization decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defining metrics, evaluating performance, and informing decisions with data • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across operations, marketing, product, analytics, and customer-facing teams • Executive-level communication skills • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must reside in Mexico City • Must be authorized to work in Mexico • No visa sponsorship provided
