📋 Description

• Own and manage project plans for assigned enterprise accounts, including milestones, task tracking, scheduling, and delivery progress reporting • Serve as day-to-day contact for client project managers and coordinators • Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings, stakeholder syncs, executive business reviews, and account events across US and India time zones • Own project documentation, including statements of work, change orders, functional and technical design documents, and contract approval workflows • Support operational execution by surfacing risks and blockers and recommending solutions • Triage and resolve day-to-day project tickets and issues, escalating to Delivery Partners or Solutions Engineers as needed • Create onboarding materials, documentation templates, and standard operating practices for the growing project management practice • Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Solutions Engineers, Client Partners, and client counterparts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex program or project plans for enterprise clients • Experience in documentation-heavy, multi-stakeholder engagements, including statements of work, change orders, and technical design documents • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Comfort coordinating across US and India time zones • High-ownership, self-directed working style • Familiarity with project management tools such as Rocketlane, Smartsheet, or Asana • Based in India, with approximately 50% overlap with US business hours • Must reside in Bengaluru (formerly known as Bangalore); applications from other Indian cities will not be considered • Submissions must be 100% in English • Prior experience at a consulting or professional services firm, or in an enterprise SaaS delivery organization, preferred
