📋 Description

• - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients • - Ensure consistent communication, clear updates, and strong follow-through • - Maintain client confidence, especially during performance fluctuations • - Proactively identify and resolve issues • - Take initiative without waiting for direction • - Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction • - Build long-term, trust-based relationships • - Drive retention, referrals, and overall client experience • - Review campaign performance and translate insights into clear next steps • - Collaborate with internal teams to align expectations and execution • - Identify opportunities for additional services • - Support expansion conversations in a natural, value-driven way

🎯 Requirements

• - 2–4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing • - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • - Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance metrics • - Excellent communication and client-facing skills • - Experience with CRMs, reporting tools, or marketing platforms • Nice to Have • - Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) • - Background in paid ads, lead generation, or social media marketing • - Experience in agency, coaching, or consulting environments
