📋 Description

• You respond to support inquiries about our platform — quickly, clearly and with a focus on solutions. • You guide new Sparkassen (German savings banks) and sales partners through technical onboarding and serve as their knowledgeable point of contact. • You help strengthen long-term customer relationships — in close collaboration with Sales and Product Management. • You work digital-first: video calls, email, phone — efficiently, empathetically and concisely. • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes so we get better every day.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or another commercial apprenticeship, with relevant initial experience. • Experience in customer service, client support, or customer care. • Initial experience in mortgage financing and certification under §34i GewO would be a plus but is not mandatory. • Nice to have: experience in platform business or knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (Savings Banks Financial Group). • Enjoyment of technical topics and a genuine desire to understand how things work. • Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork. • Quick comprehension and the ability to work independently. • Confident use of MS Office; ideally also experience with CRM systems. • Excellent German language skills (C1) spoken and written.
