📋 Description

• Build and maintain a robust data foundation • Develop scalable data pipelines and reliable data structures • Prepare data for reporting and AI applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data solutions • End-to-end responsibility for data products

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience building and operating data pipelines, data models, or analytics-engineering solutions in production environments • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and tools such as dbt and Airflow • Experience with mature or organically grown platforms • Ability to understand complex processes in the installment loan business • Experience with testing, monitoring, sanity checks or similar practices to ensure consistent data • Understanding of AI and automation use cases • Ideally, experience with data protection (e.g., GDPR) and handling sensitive data • Data-product-oriented mindset
