📋 Description
• Operational implementation of AI agents • Development of new AI agents based on clearly defined requirements • Ensuring the stability and practical effectiveness of AI agents • Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing existing GenAI applications • Testing prompts, logic, and workflows • Monitoring new AI tools and technical developments • Evaluating and practically testing new approaches
🎯 Requirements
• Several years of experience in operational or technically oriented roles (e.g., in IT project environments, automation, or similar) • At least one to two years of hands-on experience deploying AI applications in a corporate context • Experience configuring, operating, or further developing AI applications • Familiarity with prompt engineering • Decisiveness in technical decision-making • Structured and independent working style • Fluent communication in German (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level)
