• Übernimmst die fachliche Leitung für die Module Auftragswesen und Budgetierung • arbeitest eng mit Softwareentwicklern, Testern, UX/UI-Designern und Stakeholdern zusammen • erfasst, priorisierst und pflegst Anforderungen • identifizierst und gestaltest Prozessverbesserungen • erstellst User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und technische Dokumentationen • informierst Kunden und interne Teams über Neuerungen
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder ein Studium mit kaufmännischem oder immobilienwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt • Erfahrung in der technischen Verwaltung von Wohnimmobilien • Instandhaltung, Maßnahmensteuerung und Koordination von Handwerkern • technisches Verständnis • ERP-Kenntnisse • Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1) • Englisch fließend (mind. B2)
