📋 Description

• You take on the professional lead for the Order Management and Budgeting modules — from the concept phase through to a successful rollout. • You work closely and collaboratively with software developers, testers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders. • You capture, prioritize and maintain requirements in close coordination with end users. • You identify and design process improvements in technical property management, particularly for maintenance and modernization measures, contractor management, order processing from commissioning to invoicing, and budget and project control — with a focus on efficiency, standardization and user-friendliness. • You create user stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation for development and quality assurance in English. • You inform customers and internal teams about updates, e.g. via release notes, manuals and training videos.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed vocational training as a real estate specialist/agent or hold a degree with a commercial or real estate focus. • You have experience in the technical management of residential properties, maintenance, project/control of measures and coordination of trades, ideally gained through work experience in the housing industry or as an ERP user. • You are comfortable with technical topics and enjoy working closely with software developers and UX/UI designers. • You communicate clearly, persuasively and empathetically with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external. • Ideally, you bring experience with ERP systems and processes from the real estate or housing sector. • You have business-fluent German (C1) and fluent English (at least B2).
