📋 Description
• Übernahme der fachlichen Leitung für die Module Auftragswesen und Budgetierung • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern, Testern, UX/UI-Designern und Stakeholdern • Erfassung, Priorisierung und Pflege von Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Anwendern • Identifizierung und Gestaltung von Prozessverbesserungen in der technischen Objektbetreuung • Erstellung von User Stories, Akzeptanzkriterien und technischen Dokumentationen auf Englisch • Information von Kunden und internen Teams über Neuerungen
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder ein Studium mit kaufmännischem oder immobilienwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt • Erfahrung in der technischen Verwaltung von Wohnimmobilien • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung, Maßnahmensteuerung und Koordination von Handwerkern • Technisches Verständnis und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklern und UX/UI-Designern • Sicheres Kommunizieren mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, sowohl intern als auch extern • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Prozessen aus der Immobilien- bzw. Wohnungswirtschaft
