• New customer acquisition and professional account management • Presentation of the FIO Claims Management platform • Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored sales solutions • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Close collaboration with the marketing and product teams • Representing FIO at trade shows and events
• Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification • Several years of sales experience, ideally in insurance, housing/property management, or software solutions • Solid understanding of claims management processes and the relevant target groups (insurance brokers, housing companies/property managers, insurers) • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Team player • Analytical thinking skills • Technical understanding • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools • Willingness to travel • German at native level • Good command of English
