📋 Description

• Provide technical support for a fixed service area in a variety of ways • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines • Advise customers on technical questions on-site • Network technology and occasional cash collection from machines • Receive daily work orders in digital form • Support a fixed customer base

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electronics, information technology or radio and television technology • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/vending machine industry • Desirable: knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
