📋 Description

• Technical support for a fixed service area across a variety of tasks • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming devices • On-site support for customers with technical inquiries • Performing cash collection

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology • Proven experience as a field service technician, ideally in the gaming/slot machine industry • Desirable knowledge of communication and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
