• Managing and advising an existing regional customer base as well as acquiring new customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors • Independently planning and conducting customer appointments/visits • Proactively selling the product range • Optimizing and further developing existing sales processes • Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis • Supporting sales and customer events • Needs and potential analysis (Customer 360 analytics tool) • Responsible for sales and profitability • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs
• Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector • Field sales experience within the automotive industry • Understanding of market and customer needs • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach with a consistently friendly and professional demeanor • Good German language skills (written and spoken) • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills • Confident user of MS Office applications • Driving licence class B (formerly Class 3)
