📋 Description

• Further development, administration and maintenance of the Matrix42 platform, including Service Desk, Asset Management, Service Catalog and workflows • Design and implementation of automations for user management, onboarding and offboarding, access management and license management • Development and customization of business workflows, forms, services, UI configurations and backend modules • Development and integration of interfaces to third-party systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira and HR systems • Analysis and resolution of technical issues as well as optimization of platform performance, stability and quality • Collaboration with Data Protection/Privacy, HR, IT infrastructure and other business units to digitize and optimize cross-functional processes • Participation in architectural decisions and the strategic development of the Matrix42 platform • Documentation of technical solutions and support in the rollout of new features and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in developing and administering Matrix42 solutions • Strong knowledge of Matrix42 Object Designer and Workflow Designer • Solid skills in JavaScript, ASQL, Microsoft SQL Server and PowerShell • Experience developing and integrating REST and SOAP APIs • Confident handling of complex data models as well as role and permission concepts • Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and ITSM processes • Ideally experience connecting IAM, HR or ERP systems • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style • Enthusiasm for improving processes and designing cross-departmental solutions • Very good German language skills, spoken and written • Plus: Experience with Enterprise Service Management, IT Asset Management or Software Asset Management • Plus: Experience with ITIL or ITSM frameworks • Plus: Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph or Microsoft Power Platform • Plus: Experience with CI/CD, DevOps or Infrastructure as Code • Plus: Experience with agile project methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
