• develop and lead the business development team • ensure BD and account managers leverage the KBR early-game BD process • generate leads and promote engagement with customers • feed the pipeline with quality opportunities • participate in milestone and color team reviews • assist managers in developing business development and account plans
• minimum 20 years’ experience in managing federal government business development teams • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, or a technical degree • familiarity managing the pipeline and utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce • experience winning large scale programs over $300M in the federal government • strong skill in all forms of business communication • demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders at all levels
