📋 Description
• Work closely with Senior Leadership Team and People Leaders • Optimize talent management, recruitment, compensation, employee relations • Align strategies with executional goals • Champion and operationalize core values • Develop and implement HR initiatives such as performance management • Build and optimize HR metrics • Collaborate with senior leaders and Finance team on staffing initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of HR experience • At least 3 years in senior manager/director roles • Proven leadership skills • Strategic mindset with operational savviness • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Strong international experience with a focus on US labor law • Previous experience with M&A and post-merger integrations is an asset
