• Own end‑to‑end AR for a set of global B2B accounts • Talk directly to overseas finance teams to resolve issues and get cash in • Untangle messy accounts, disputes and odd reconciliations (and fix them) • Spot patterns, recommend actions, and help sharpen how we do AR • Manage full AR cycle: invoicing, allocations, reconciliations, collections • Call and email international clients to resolve overdue and complex items • Investigate short‑pays, disputes, PO/tax/currency issues and drive resolution • Prepare ageing and exception reports, highlighting risks and opportunities • Partner with sales/events to align contracts, billing and client expectations
• 3–5 years solid international AR/Credit Control in a corporate or B2B environment • Hands‑on experience dealing directly with international clients/finance teams • Excellent English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in writing • Proven lateral thinking and problem‑solving in AR • Strong AR fundamentals + intermediate Excel and a mainstream ERP • Self‑starter, organised, comfortable working fully remote and mid‑shift
