📋 Description

• Share responsibility for building and expanding the Machinery and Plant Engineering segment • Develop innovative ideas and strategies to achieve growth targets • Conduct structured, targeted, and professional new-business development for key positions in interim management and permanent recruitment • Develop and implement strategies based on market observations • Manage existing clients and expand cooperation at management level • Build and maintain key client relationships, focusing on upper mid-sized companies and large corporations • Lead national and international recruitment processes • Collaborate with research specialists and conduct targeted interviews with managers • Represent the KEYPLAYER brand as a brand ambassador within the segment • Fill high-profile positions at first- and second-level management • Expand, coordinate, and collaborate with the segment’s Adviser Board

🎯 Requirements

• At least five to ten years of experience in recruitment consulting, including interim management and executive search, with a focus on machinery and plant engineering • Ideally, operational experience in industry or at a management consultancy specializing in this segment • Alternatively, recognized as a top manager in the segment, with an excellent network and a personal affinity for sales and business development • Strategic vision for expanding the client base and the segment • Passion for business development, people, and customer satisfaction • Structured, diligent working style combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Professional and highly presentable demeanor • Strong commitment to quality and customer focus • Innovation and problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of commitment • Established and resilient network at decision-maker level within upper mid-sized companies or large corporations
