📋 Description

• Investigar, analisar e resolver incidentes em produção e requisições de serviço • Realizar troubleshooting de issues escalados por times N1 ou por sistemas de monitoramento • Monitorar logs, alertas e desempenho das aplicações e sistemas • Escalar problemas complexos para times N3/Engenharia com análise técnica estruturada • Participar de deploys em produção e atividades de suporte a releases • Contribuir para a base de conhecimento e documentação de problemas recorrentes • Avaliar e propor melhorias na cobertura de monitoramento dos sistemas • Atuar em handovers com times de desenvolvimento em novos releases • Colaborar de forma próxima com times de Produto, Engenharia, DevOps e Suporte

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência de 3+ anos em suporte técnico, suporte a aplicações ou suporte à produção (L2) • Vivência com ambientes de produção críticos • Experiência em troubleshooting de aplicações distribuídas e/ou cloud-native • Inglês avançado/fluente • Conhecimento operacional em Microsoft Azure • Experiência ou familiaridade com: AKS, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, SQL Database e CDN • Backend/Integrações Java 11+ e Spring Boot • REST/JSON/Microsserviços • Swagger/Postman • Kubernetes • Bancos de Dados SQL Server, Redis, MongoDB • Mensageria Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event Hub • Frontend (desejável) React, JavaScript, HTML e CSS • Monitoramento e Ferramentas Azure Application Insights, Grafana, Zabbix ou similares • Jira ou ferramentas de gestão de tickets
