📋 Description

• Manage recurring weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients • Categorize transactions in bank feeds and ensure accuracy • Record monthly journal entries and complete client-specific financial tasks • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed to support client requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based clients • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting tools • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs) • Strong spreadsheet and financial data management skills • High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Professional, friendly, and team-oriented mindset • Ability to thrive in a remote, deadline-driven environment with strong urgency and accountability
