• - Develop and implement the strategic vision for recording studios, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of Keywords Studios. • - Oversee the operational excellence of recording studios globally, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards. • - Manage the budget and financial performance of recording studios, analyzing costs versus output to maximize profitability. • - Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of audio professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. • - Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that studio capabilities are aligned with client expectations and market demands. • - Drive innovation in audio production, exploring new technology and techniques to enhance studio offerings and efficiency. • - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead and position Keywords Studios as a leader in audio production. • - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety standards across all recording studios. • - Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to promote studio services and capabilities. • - Represent Keywords Studios at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• - 10+ years of experience in audio production and recording studio management. • - Proven experience in a leadership role within the gaming & audio industry. • - Strong knowledge of audio production processes, tools, and technologies. • - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • - Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth. • - Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing multiple budgets. • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • - Experience building and leading high-performing teams. • - Willingness to travel globally as required. • - Passion for innovation in the audio and entertainment sectors.
