📋 Description

• - Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. • - Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals. • - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. • - Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication. • - Manage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination. • - Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records. • - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. • - Monitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). • - Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • - Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency). • - Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. • - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • - Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • - Fluent in English and Japanese, with proficiency in another Asian language (preferably Chinese).
