📋 Description

• SharePoint Revamp: Lead the redesign and update of our SharePoint pages to improve usability, functionality, and alignment with our communications objectives. • ServiceNow Integration: Collaborate on the integration of ServiceNow with our existing systems, developing a user-friendly intranet-style portal that supports employee engagement and communication. • Tool and Technology Focus: Utilize technical expertise to enhance our communication platforms, ensuring that tools like SharePoint and ServiceNow are effectively leveraged to meet team goals. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Communications and Engagement team to ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with broader team strategies and goals. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on using SharePoint and ServiceNow tools, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing use.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint design and customization, experience with ServiceNow, and a strong understanding of integrating these tools. • Communications Background: Previous experience in a communications or engagement role, with the ability to translate technical solutions into impactful communication strategies. • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical challenges. • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members. • Preferred Experience: Experience with other enterprise communication tools. • Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment. • Knowledge of intranet best practices and employee engagement strategies.
