📋 Description

• Handling all payment transactions and booking of incoming invoices, bank transactions, cash and credit card statements (Candis, JTL, DATEV) • Importing and processing reports from PayPal, Amazon, Klarna and PayOne, and integrating accounts receivable via interfaces • Reconciliation of all accounts • Preparation of monthly closes and preliminary work for semi-annual and annual financial statements • Preparing analyses and regular reporting to management • Filing VAT returns • Digitization of accounting entries and processes • Establishing and monitoring processes related to Amazon FBA • Analysis and review of Amazon data in Taxdoo • Close collaboration with e-commerce management, HR, and purchasing

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or vocational qualification in finance, accounting, taxation or a related field • Several years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in an international environment • Knowledge of tax law, particularly VAT (domestic & international) • Experience in preparing financial statements and in financial controlling • Excellent analytical skills and strong numeracy • Confident use of business intelligence tools • Team player with strong communication skills and resilience • Independent, structured and meticulous working style • Experience monitoring transactions on the Amazon Marketplace is desirable • Very good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office
