📋 Description

• Independently manage managed-service customers as their dedicated technical point of contact • Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Teams • Support hybrid environments involving Active Directory, Entra Connect, and Exchange Hybrid • Implement and maintain security baselines, Conditional Access, and Defender • Handle tickets, changes, and smaller projects • Contribute to automation using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID • Experience with hybrid environments, including Active Directory and Entra Connect; Exchange Hybrid is a plus • Proficiency with Intune and Conditional Access • Knowledge of PowerShell • Independent, structured working style and strong customer communication skills • Excellent German language skills • Advantageous: experience with Purview and Defender, and certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or MS-102
