📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team • Organize inventory management for the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the sales area • Optimize, control and implement all relevant processes and sales procedures • Take responsibility for sales and financial results for your store • Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems • Responsibility for sales, analysis and workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion • Strong service orientation and sales skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others • Team player with leadership experience • Strong organizational skills and good numerical/analytical understanding • Passion for cosmetics • Confident and professional manner of communication
