âą Oversee all channel sales and marketing operations âą Establish Channel Programs, roadmaps, set guidelines and timelines âą Liaise with internal and external parties and analyze reports from different teams âą Develop strategies to increase revenue and strengthen client relationships âą Meet the growth metrics defined by the board and VP of Sales âą Lead and encourage the channel team to reach goals while implementing company policies âą Create yearly strategic plan for the Channel Department with clear goals and report quarterly âą Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluates effectiveness of current programs âą Directs and oversees channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives âą Ensure a healthy pipeline of Channel partners in identified territories for expansion âą Work with other departments to ensure market fit in target territories âą Develop and execute marketing campaigns and conduct post-program ROI analysis âą Develop co-marketing business plans resulting in YoY growth with existing Channel partners âą Lead channel budget allocations assessing anticipated ROI of investments âą Develop sales process, CRM processes and business rules for distribution and channel sales âą Lead sales initiatives for identified territories
âą Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience
