📋 Description

• Develop and implement an organic social growth strategy focused on reach, engagement, and installs • Generate and systematically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram Reels • Identify which content approaches drive product growth • Analyze competitors, trends, and effective formats • Quickly adapt and scale the most successful approaches • Create and implement automation processes for posting, content production, and basic analytics • Track and interpret views, CTR, conversions, and installs to make decisions and optimize strategy • Build a new growth channel from scratch and establish systematic processes • Directly influence product and business growth

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience using TikTok and/or Instagram Reels as growth channels for mobile products • Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends • Ability to identify formats with growth potential • Experience systematically testing hypotheses • Experience working with growth metrics: views, CTR, installs, and conversions • Ability to scale successful approaches • Ability to create content that drives business results, not only views • Independence and ownership of results • Strategic thinking and process-building ability • Creativity and proactivity • Desire to develop a new growth channel
