📋 Description

• Lead product initiatives at Kiwi from initial discovery through launch and measurement • Identify problems and opportunities, set priorities, and take ownership of outcomes • Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback, and team conversations • Define problems, desired outcomes, and success measures before solution development • Evaluate options and trade-offs across customer impact, business value, risk, operational needs, and implementation effort • Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide development and launch • Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on initiative decisions • Measure post-launch results and improve the product based on learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement • Strong product judgment: ability to analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options, recommend priorities, and explain decisions • Experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations • Ability to combine data, research, and customer feedback when making product decisions • Clear communication and ability to align teams with different needs and goals • Autonomy to drive initiatives, resolve blockers, and adjust course as new information becomes available • English level at least intermediate • Location in Argentina, Colombia, or the Dominican Republic • Experience as a Product Manager; years not specified in the posting • Fintech experience is asked in the application form, but is not listed as a required posting qualification
