• Own and manage Kiwi's warehouse facilities and borrowing base reporting • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with facility covenants and eligibility criteria • Lead relationships with existing and prospective institutional lenders, including credit funds, banks, and DFIs • Negotiate new facilities, amendments, and terms • Forecast funding needs against loan origination plans and manage available capacity across facilities • Partner with Risk, Finance, and Legal to structure facilities and covenants that support growth while protecting the balance sheet • Prepare materials for lender due diligence, board updates, and investor conversations related to funding strategy • Monitor the LATAM and US consumer credit funding landscape to identify new capital partners and structures
• 5+ years in capital markets, treasury, or funding roles at a fintech lender, or on the lender-facing side of a credit fund, bank, or DFI covering fintech/consumer lending clients • Direct, hands-on experience with warehouse facilities, borrowing bases, or forward-flow arrangements • Fluent, professional written and spoken English and Spanish • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills • Comfort working closely with Risk and Legal on covenant structuring • Based in (or willing to be based in) Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic or Argentina
