‱ Drive the strategic vision of the company's people operations, serving as a key member of the leadership team. ‱ Oversee the entire employee journey, from attraction and recruitment to development and retention, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. ‱ Lead recruitment efforts, implement people systems, foster a supportive culture, and collaborate with department heads to enhance skills across the organisation.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates who align with Klugo's culture and objectives. ‱ Implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires and facilitate early engagement. ‱ Establish effective performance management systems and processes to drive accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. ‱ Develop and execute a holistic talent strategy that aligns with Klugo's long-term goals, including succession planning, talent pipelining, and workforce planning. ‱ Lead the implementation of efficient and effective people operations systems and processes, optimising HR and recruitment workflows and enhancing employee experiences. ‱ Current people systems include SmartRecruiters, HiBob and Go1 learning. ‱ Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention, fostering a strong sense of belonging and commitment. ‱ Utilise HR analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes for continuous improvement in people operations.
