📋 Description

• Serves as the navigator and owner of the Assignment process for international assignees • Provides support to the Client Services Manager • Administration of client’s mobility policy/program and logistical support where required • Deputising and working in close contact with team manager to deliver on company and client KPIs • Partnering with Cartus global operations and finance to ensure strict audit and control processes are adhered to • Driving simplification/process improvement • Building effective relationships with the client to assist the team in delivering excellent levels of service

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in global mobility is desired but not essential • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a role which requires strong customer service / coordination/project management skills • Ability to manage a high volume of work and a busy mailbox within a fast paced environment • Training and coaching skills would be desired but not essential • Leadership and management support experience is also desirable • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills • Ability to work both on personal initiative and in a team environment • High level of accuracy and be process orientated • Experienced in travelling and living abroad, great customer service skills or strong project coordination background
