• Lead the design, delivery, and operation of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms • Partner closely with business stakeholders and other engineering teams to translate requirements into resilient architectures • Mentor and develop your team, driving adoption of AI automation and best practices • Ensure solutions are delivered with a strong focus on quality, security, and efficiency • Influence platform stability, time to market, and the organization’s ability to scale without increasing operational overhead
• 7+ years of experience delivering hands-on technology solutions in cloud or infrastructure environments • 5+ years of experience working with cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred) • 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams • Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including high availability, scalability, and cost optimization • Experience operating and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms • Working knowledge of application architectures, including Java-based systems and database best practices • Experience with cloud networking and security controls, including firewalls and traffic management • Hands-on experience with automation and CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar), with preference for Ansible and AWX • Strong Linux administration experience, preferably with RHEL-based systems • Experience delivering large-scale technical projects from planning through production support • Ability to identify risks and gaps early and drive proactive resolution • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive, business, and technical audiences • Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments
