• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout • Define timelines, manage scope, and control budget in collaboration with stakeholders • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project • Track progress, forecast resources, and align costs with scope and schedule • Manage project financials, including budget analysis and proactive mitigation of cost and schedule variances • Identify scope changes, assess impacts, and lead customer discussions • Serve as the primary client-facing contact • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful execution • Provide technical leadership by translating contractual requirements into deliverables • Lead risk management, issue escalation, and resolution efforts • Oversee procurement and vendor management • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field • 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program management roles • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex technical programs with full responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP, MS Office) • Strong understanding of system integration project execution and interdependencies • Financial and analytical acumen in cost forecasting and resource planning • Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate effectively, plan and organize complex projects, and drive results through indirect teams in dynamic, cross-functional environments
