📋 Description
• Design, configure, test, and implement client business requirements in Workday Adaptive module(s). • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. • Assess client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals. • Ensure clients understand and take advantage of best practices. • Collaborate effectively on team-based projects.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday. • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Insights areas: Reporting & OfficeConnect, Sheet Modeling/Structure Modeling, Security, Integrations (Adaptive), or Integrations - Power of One. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. • Ability to meet travel requirements (<5% a year).
