📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship internal tools, applications, dashboards, and automations supporting Koin’s operations, revenue, margin, and operational efficiency • Take features from approved Statement of Work through Technical Design Document, development, testing, and deployment • Build Next.js applications hosted on Vercel with Supabase as the data layer, n8n for workflow orchestration, and GitHub for source control • Integrate internal tools with NetSuite, Shopify, Patchworks, and other business systems • Identify and prioritise manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes for automation • Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations and multi-step n8n workflows • Design and implement agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration agents • Build reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns • Design and deliver AI training programmes, guides, video walkthroughs, and reference documentation • Provide one-to-one coaching and ad-hoc support across departments • Develop and refine prompting strategies and maintain a library of tested prompts • Troubleshoot prompt performance, hallucination, and inconsistent outputs • Contribute to Koin’s AI adoption roadmap and strategic priorities • Research and evaluate AI tools, models, and capabilities • Provide input on build-vs-buy decisions for AI-powered tooling and integrations • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, e-commerce, and Systems & Data teams • Communicate progress, impact, and learnings through regular reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development, with real examples • Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code, Claude Chat, and Claude Cowork • Strong Supabase experience, including Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security policies, and edge functions • Experience deploying and running Next.js applications on Vercel • Disciplined GitHub workflow covering branching strategies, pull requests, and Vercel preview/production environments • Experience building and operating n8n workflows, including error handling and API/webhook integrations • Ability to read and reason about AI-generated TypeScript and SQL code • Ability to produce Technical Design Documents covering architecture, data model, and security • Experience designing and building agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents • Experience working within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint increments • Strong prompt engineering skills for designing, testing, and iterating complex prompts • Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and spoken English and ability to create clear documentation and training materials • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Self-directed and structured working style, able to manage workload independently in a remote environment aligned with UK business hours • Natural curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement • Desirable: formal software development background, NetSuite, Patchworks, MCP, other AI platforms and models, Shopify, e-commerce operations, and D2C or multi-brand retail experience
