📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable backend solutions following development best practices (architecture, code structure, maintainability) • Contribute to the evolution of the existing architecture and propose improvements to optimize performance, security and overall code quality • Collaborate with frontend, product and mobile teams to ensure smooth, coherent integration across components • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team, directing them on quality standards and backend development best practices • Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews and the integration of automated tests (unit, integration) • Keep up with technology trends and propose continuous improvements to adopt the industry's best tools and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (4+ years) in backend development, with mastery of development best practices (design patterns, testing, documentation) and modern backend technologies (TypeScript, Node.js) • Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP) and their services for application development and deployment • Strong skills in code quality, automated testing and performance optimization • Ability to provide technical leadership to a team, communicating quality standards and fostering a rigorous, collaborative development environment • Experience in a startup environment, ideally fintech, is a strong plus • Serverless experience on AWS (optional) • Interest in DevOps.
