📋 Description

• Design, build, and evolve our server-side applications and APIs • Lead complex integrations with external partners, especially Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Continuously improve and optimize our back-end architecture and developer experience • Guide architectural discussions and influence long-term technical decisions • Collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Product, and Front-End teams to deliver impactful end-to-end features • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to scaling the engineering culture

🎯 Requirements

• You have strong foundations in computer science or a related discipline • You demonstrate strong, senior-level experience in back-end engineering, ideally within fast-paced, production-critical environments. • You’re proficient in one or more widely used back-end languages (Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, etc.) • You have deep experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable APIs and distributed systems (GraphQL and OpenAPI experience is a plus) • You are comfortable driving architectural decisions and technical strategy • You write clean, maintainable code and have high standards for software quality • You communicate clearly in English • Bonus: experience with cloud infrastructure, security/compliance, or healthcare data standards (FHIR)
