Kolecto is a French SaaS platform that centralizes and automates financial and administrative workflows for micro‑businesses, freelancers, TPEs and SMEs. 📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable full‑stack features while applying development best practices (architecture, code organization, maintainability) • Contribute primarily to backend development while actively participating in frontend work, notably on React-based interfaces • Help evolve the existing architecture and propose continuous improvements to optimize performance, security and overall platform quality • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Frontend, Mobile and Backend) to ensure smooth, coherent integration across components • Mentor and provide technical guidance to more junior developers, sharing best practices and quality standards • Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and the implementation of automated tests (unit, integration, end‑to‑end) • Keep up with technology trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, practices and architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in Fullstack development, with a strong backend focus and solid knowledge of modern frontend technologies • Strong backend skills (TypeScript, Node.js), with the ability to design APIs, services and robust business logic • Good command of React and modern frontend ecosystems (state management, performance, UX/UI best practices) • Familiarity with development best practices (design patterns, testing, documentation, code quality) • Comfortable working with cloud environments and cloud services for application development and deployment • Awareness of event‑driven architectures and asynchronous patterns (SQS, EventBridge, messaging, etc.) — nice to have but not required • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, closely aligned with Product and other Tech teams • Experience in a startup/scale‑up environment, ideally in fintech, is a strong plus • Experience with monitoring tools and observability
