📋 Description

• Contribute to hosted AWS services and Salesforce packaged-product development within platform engineering • Design, architect, and deliver global, fault-tolerant, highly available multi-tenant cloud services • Develop Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components • Develop Salesforce managed packages, including Second Generation Packages (2GP) • Use CumulusCI and Salesforce DX workflows, including Scratch Orgs and unlocked packages • Use Git-based version control for collaborative development and code reviews • Monitor and troubleshoot AWS-hosted services • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps deployment processes • Build and maintain integrations between hosted services and customer Salesforce instances • Mentor junior engineers and developers • Support SDLC process management, governance, safety and soundness, issue resolution, and production incidents • Ensure quality, security, and compliance requirements are met • Plan, conduct, and monitor product releases • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on technical decisions and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to analyze technical requirements and deliver well-architected, global, fault-tolerant, highly available cloud services • Extensive engineering experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB • Minimum of 2+ years of Second Generation Package (2GP) development • Hands-on experience building and maintaining Salesforce managed packages • Experience working with vendor software, technologies, and tools for enterprise solutions • Deep understanding of Agile development practices and secure application development concepts, including OWASP Top 10 and threat modeling • Ability to design and implement REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML integrations • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Salesforce certifications are nice to have, not required • Experience building or maintaining AppExchange products is nice to have • Prior Salesforce Support Engineering or product-focused team experience is nice to have
