📋 Description

• Support post-sales billing processes • Enter and verify invoices in the system • Support reimbursement and refund processes for authorized service centers • Submit payment requests and monitor the workflow through settlement • Support the management of accounts payable and operating expenses • Review financial documents and ensure information accuracy • Organize and maintain receipts, invoices, and financial documents • Extract and consolidate financial reports from internal systems • Perform basic data analyses to support decision-making • Support the monitoring of operational and financial KPIs • Identify inconsistencies in financial processes and flag them for correction • Provide support to internal teams and partners regarding questions about payments and financial processes • Support the monthly closing process • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, billing, or administrative functions required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • General legal-related activities • A college degree is preferred • 3 to 5 years of professional experience • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
