📋 Description

• Support Latin American markets through daily intercompany reconciliations • Ensure the effective operation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes • Negotiate and align with Nestlé’s regional LATAM Finance team • Manage and monitor COMEX and Intermarket Supply processes • Liaise with Business Partners to align requirements and resolve discrepancies • Follow up with stakeholders and provide support to the areas involved • Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency • Lead operational meetings focused on implementing continuous improvements • Monitor and analyze KPIs, proposing corrective actions • Prepare moderately complex account reconciliations • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to intercompany processes • Update operating routines and procedures in line with legal and process changes • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable • Identify process optimization opportunities to drive operational efficiency • Report to the R2R Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Foreign Trade (COMEX), Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field • Intermediate Excel proficiency (mandatory) • Experience in Accounting, Foreign Trade (COMEX), Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable • SAP knowledge is preferred • Experience working with Latin American (LATAM) markets is a plus • Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency is preferred
