📋 Description

• Join the Transactional team, ensuring the integrity of the end-to-end transactional, financial, and accounting flows. • Optimize payment method costs and revenue. • Ensure the accuracy of the company's reconciliations and tax obligations. • Maintain the reconciliation matrix for the portfolio's suspense accounts. • Create audit evidence books for external auditors, including confirmation letters and invoices for acquirer costs. • Ensure the connection between gateway logs, bank statements, and the general ledger. • Explain and resolve cash overages or shortages by reporting discrepancies, identifying root causes, and correcting accounting entries. • Audit acquirer return files and verify MDR and early settlement fees in accordance with contracts. • Monitor revenue, receipts, and costs by payment method, acquirer, and installment plan. • Extract data via SQL and payment APIs and build financial scenarios and dashboards. • Maintain databases for recording results during the integration process development. • Execute and ensure the accuracy of revenue, expense, and other balance postings in the ERP. • Manage the issuance of individual NF-e electronic invoices and adjustments required by the Tax Reform. • Track actions by the Business, Technology, and Product teams to ensure proper processing in the CRM and ERP.

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL for extracting and manipulating raw data from databases and payment APIs. • Experience in the online payments and multi-acquirer market. • Experience reconciling acquirers and gateways, including card, PIX, and Boleto payment flows. • Ability to read EDI/CNAB files. • Experience auditing MDR and early settlement fees. • Strong knowledge of suspense-account reconciliation, the general ledger, and processes in large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar platforms. • Ability to build financial dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel. • Knowledge of NF-e issuance and the impacts of the Tax Reform. • Autonomy to identify financial mismatches, determine root causes, and correct accounting entries. • Ability to align processes and business rules with Technology, Product, and CRM teams. • Highly analytical profile focused on audit and compliance, including the preparation of audit evidence books. • Power BI/SQL certifications or specialization in Controllership/Fintech are desirable. • Advanced English is desirable.
