📋 Description

• Support clients in defining and implementing their Artificial Intelligence, Data, automation and Digital Transformation initiatives • Facilitate workshops with business, IT, Data, Security teams and executive management • Identify, qualify and prioritize use cases related to AI, Data and automation • Translate business needs into functional requirements, backlogs, User Stories and acceptance criteria • Build roadmaps and define target operating models • Develop business cases, performance indicators and mechanisms to track the value delivered • Collaborate with Generative AI, Data, UX, Cloud and Development teams during solution design • Facilitate alignment between business objectives, data, processes, systems and user journeys • Support change management, communication, training and adoption of new solutions • Prepare diagnostics, recommendations, roadmaps, demonstrations and presentations for executive bodies • Contribute to responses to RFPs, commercial proposals and pre-sales activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, Data strategy, customer experience or IT systems transformation • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to understand and simplify complex topics related to AI, Data and emerging technologies • Good knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data governance, analytics and automation • Experience in requirements gathering, roadmap development, defining operating models and overseeing implementation plans • Strong analytical and structuring abilities • Comfortable engaging with executives, business leaders and technical teams • Fluent in French and English • Experience in a complex or regulated industry is a plus • Participation in AI or Data platform deployment projects is a plus • Familiarity with Design Thinking, Jobs to Be Done, Agile or Product Management approaches is a plus • Experience responding to RFPs, pre-sales or opportunity scoping is a plus • Good understanding of Responsible AI, compliance and regulation is a plus • Proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a plus
