📋 Description

• Design, develop and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions • Develop AI assistants, RAG and GraphRAG pipelines, and single-agent or multi-agent workflows • Build robust Python services, APIs and reusable backend modules • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, document repositories and development tools • Select the most appropriate technical approach for each use case: LLM, RAG, GraphRAG or agentic architectures • Build proofs of concept, MVPs and pilots that can scale to production • Develop connectors, orchestration modules, prompt libraries, evaluation tools and protection mechanisms • Implement Responsible AI principles, security and compliance • Mitigate risks related to prompt injection, data protection and access control • Document architectures, developments and technical decisions • Collaborate with Data, UX, Cloud, business and product teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Python development • Proficiency with LLMs and Prompt Engineering • Strong knowledge of RAG architectures • Experience with vector databases • Experience in backend development and APIs • Proficient with Git, software testing and CI/CD practices • Experience deploying to the Cloud • Expertise in evaluation, observability and securing AI systems • Experience with one or more frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or Hugging Face • Fluent in French and English (required) • Analytical mindset, rigor, technical curiosity, ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and strong teamwork skills • Experience with GraphRAG, knowledge graphs or enterprise metadata is a plus • Knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP is a plus • Experience developing copilots or productivity tools is a plus • Knowledge of AI security, Responsible AI, GDPR or regulated environments is a plus • Experience building reusable platforms or technical components is a plus • Proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a plus
