📋 Description
• Own and optimize marketing systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Click Dimensions, and Power BI • Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance and pipeline impact • Manage end-to-end lead flow: imports, data quality, scoring, routing, and tracking • Execute and automate email campaigns and nurture programs • Design scalable processes across marketing and sales • Evaluate and implement new tools (including AI) to improve efficiency • Support website updates and digital campaign execution • Act as the go-to resource for marketing systems and data
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field • Experience in marketing operations, CRM, or marketing technology • Strong understanding of lead management and campaign execution • Comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams • Highly independent, fast-moving, and solution-oriented
