📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology (engineering) positions and other business areas • Partner with technical leadership to define profiles, align selection criteria, and evaluate candidates fairly and consistently • Map and source strategic talent: identify relevant professionals in the market, with a focus on technology, using advanced search and relationship-building techniques • Build and manage a talent community: develop, nurture, and activate a continuous pipeline, running initiatives such as events, meetups, and other experiences that strengthen relationships with Kunumi • Ensure the best candidate experience at every stage, with clear communication, timely feedback, professionalism, and respect • Turn data into decisions: go beyond surface-level metrics, apply critical thinking to identify patterns, question assumptions, and proactively create solutions that improve the experience and effectiveness of our hiring processes • Act as a guardian of Kunumi’s culture, ensuring each hire reinforces how we work and who we are

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection for technology teams, including conducting behavioral interviews and managing end-to-end hiring processes • Experience in sourcing, with strong command of search and talent identification techniques • Ability to build genuine connections, cultivating trust and rapport • Clear and empathetic communication, able to engage with diverse audiences (candidates, leaders, technical teams) • Organized and autonomous, capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously • Familiarity with recruitment process management tools (ATS, spreadsheets, dashboards)
