πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the Northeastern territory of the United States to achieve revenue and growth targets. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. β€’ Identify and target potential new customers and markets within the region with commercialized and new solutions. β€’ Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to both existing and potential clients. β€’ Partner with Revenue Operations Lead to develop accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts while regularly reporting on progress towards sales goals. β€’ Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote the company's brand and products. β€’ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. β€’ Utilize CRM tool for opportunity and quote management purposes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ Minimum 3 years of sales training, territory management, and demonstrated successful sales experience meeting or exceeding sales targets. β€’ Experience in B2B manufacturing selling capital equipment though not required. β€’ Willingness to travel as needed within the designated region (approximately 30-50% of the time). β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Knowledge of industry and market trends within the region. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools. β€’ Must possess a valid passport and driver’s license. β€’ Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings. β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
